Shipping Policy
After check out, customers will sent an email providing their invoice number. Next an email will be sent with their tracking number and tracking link once order is fulfilled. TheGratitudeCoin.com team will endeavour to post out all orders within 1-2 business days, however this is not guaranteed and can be subject to delays due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show updates. Once orders have been shipped by TheGratitudeCoin.com, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to the postal service provider directly.
Customers are asked to ensure their details are correct at check out as we are not liable for incomplete deliveries due to address errors or delays caused by third-party courier companies. TheGratitudeCoin.com team will not be held responsible for goods that have been lost or stolen once its confirmed delivered by tracking.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your Gratitude Coin purchase. We hope you love the item(s) you purchased as much as we do. On the rare occasion when things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we can to make things right.

Please fill out our return form at www.thegratitudecoin.com/return-form with the order number, name and email address from the original order as well as an attached photo if there is an issue. This will help us expedite the process.
*The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 21 days of you having received your order*.

*Proof of return postal tracking number & link must be provided with your order number in question, by email as soon as item is posted*.

*Please ensure that you state "returning to seller" in the reason for export on your postage label. You must also state that the item is of zero retail value, as we cannot accept customs charges to receive your return. We strongly advise that you use a tracked postage service on returns as we cannot refund if items are lost in transit. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and duty charges*.

*Please note any items purchased on SALE from our website are non-returnable. Customers are notified at the time of purchase that these items are non-returnable*.

*If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy*.
TheGratitudeCoin.com will only accept items that have been unworn and that are still in their original packaging for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items that appear worn will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. *Note your costs of return shipping is non-refundable.*

Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation. If once inspected you are eligible for a refund, one will be issued to you within 10 working days, otherwise your item will be returned

All products are covered by our standard 3 month warranty to cover against any faulty workmanship. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer for not adhering to our list of care instructions. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not our fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

Please Note : Due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions there may be minor variations in colour between an image of a product and the product sold.
In the rare event an inlay becomes unstuck, within the 3 month warranty due to any faulty workmanship. It will be repaired free of charge, but shipping costs are not covered.
Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund, please re-check your PayPal or Credit Card account. If you have still not received your refund within 3-5 working days since refund was issued, please contact us at contact@thegratitudecoin.com.
